The hotel was perfectly located, just a short walk from Beale Street, offering unique and spacious rooms that were incredibly comfortable. The service provided by the staff, including housekeeping and the front desk, was exceptional with a fantastic welcome drink and happy hour indeed enhancing the experience. The dining options, although somewhat limited, were very tasty. The facilities, especially the shops and commercial services, added great value to the stay.
The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance of Beale Street and other Memphis attractions. The service was top-notch, with extremely friendly staff always ready to assist. The dining options were varied and satisfying, though the location fell slightly short of expectations in terms of convenience. Overall, a pleasant stay with a few minor drawbacks.
